Exchanges & returns
You can return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will also cover the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of handing your package to the return carrier, although in many cases you will receive it sooner. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

How were the measurements taken? Each garment was laid flat and measured after washing. Widths are measured edge to edge (not circumference).

The fit is oversized and loose. Sold as a set; the jacket and pants come in the same size.
